Optional SMS and email consent for requested resource information is separate from promotional marketing and is not a condition of receiving assistance. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Email recipients may unsubscribe where provided. We do not automatically enroll resource users in marketing.
